We sell factory-sealed collectible products including hobby boxes, sealed cases, and trading card game products. All products are sold as collectibles. We do not guarantee any specific pulls, hits, or card contents within sealed products, as these are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.

4. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to confirm your purchase at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in product listings and reserve the right to cancel any orders placed based on incorrect pricing.

6. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Inkwell Vault is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are subject to the same terms as in-stock items. By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the time of purchase. Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers or distributors.
Pre-orders may be cancelled by the customer for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on factory-sealed, unopened items only. Opened products are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
