This Wholesale Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all wholesale accounts and bulk purchase arrangements with Inkwell Vault.
Please read this policy carefully before submitting a wholesale inquiry. By entering into a wholesale arrangement with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Who Can Apply for a Wholesale Account
Wholesale pricing and bulk purchase arrangements are available to qualified businesses only. To be considered for a wholesale account, you must meet the following criteria:
— You must be a registered business entity (sole proprietor, LLC, corporation, or equivalent) operating legally within the United States or internationally where applicable.
— You must have a valid business license, reseller's permit, or equivalent documentation required in your jurisdiction.
— You must have a legitimate retail, e-commerce, or resale operation with verifiable business information.
— You must agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Wholesale Policy and our general Terms of Service.
Inkwell Vault reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to product availability, business verification, and our assessment of the applicant's suitability as a wholesale partner.

Please send your inquiry to contact@inkwellvault.shop with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry" and include the following information in your message:
— Your full name and business name
— Your business website or social media presence (if applicable)
— Your business address and contact information
— The type of products you are interested in purchasing
— Your estimated monthly or quarterly order volume
— A copy of your business license or reseller's permit
Our team will review your application and respond within 3 business days. We may request additional information or documentation as part of the verification process.
3. Minimum Order Requirements
Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) that vary depending on the product category and availability. Specific MOQ requirements will be communicated to approved wholesale partners during the onboarding process.
General guidelines:
— Minimum order values and quantities are established per product line and are subject to change based on inventory levels and distributor allocations.
— Orders that do not meet the minimum order requirement will be processed at standard retail pricing.
— Inkwell Vault reserves the right to adjust minimum order requirements at any time with reasonable notice to existing wholesale partners.
4. Wholesale Pricing
Approved wholesale partners will receive access to discounted pricing on eligible products. Wholesale pricing is not publicly advertised and is shared only with verified and approved wholesale accounts.
Please note the following regarding wholesale pricing:
— Wholesale pricing is subject to change based on our cost of goods, market conditions, and distributor pricing.
— Wholesale discounts apply only to products designated as eligible for wholesale purchasing. Certain limited-edition, high-demand, or pre-order products may be excluded from wholesale pricing at our discretion.
— Wholesale pricing is non-transferable and may not be shared with or used by any third party.
— Inkwell Vault reserves the right to revoke wholesale pricing at any time if a partner is found to be in violation of this policy or our Terms of Service.
5. Payment Terms
All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a separate written payment agreement has been established between Inkwell Vault and the wholesale partner. We accept the following payment methods for wholesale orders:

— Google Pay
— Link by Stripe
— Bank Transfer (for large orders — contact us to arrange)
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. For large wholesale orders requiring bank transfer arrangements, please contact us directly to discuss payment terms.
Inkwell Vault does not offer net payment terms (such as Net 30 or Net 60) by default. Any exceptions to this must be agreed upon in writing prior to order placement.
6. Order Processing and Shipping
Wholesale orders are subject to the same processing timelines as retail orders — 1 to 3 business days — unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for large or complex orders. Shipping timelines of 3 to 7 business days apply after dispatch.
For large wholesale orders, additional processing time may be required. We will communicate any extended timelines clearly before confirming your order.
Free shipping is available on wholesale orders shipped within the United States. For orders requiring freight shipping due to size or weight, shipping costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to order fulfillment. International wholesale shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for a shipping quote.
7. Returns and Refunds for Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy with the following additional conditions:
— Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on factory-sealed, unopened items only.
— All return requests must be submitted in writing to contact@inkwellvault.shop before any items are returned.
— Wholesale orders that have been partially opened or distributed are not eligible for return.
— Refunds on approved wholesale returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.
— Inkwell Vault reserves the right to assess a restocking fee on wholesale returns where applicable.
8. Product Authenticity
All products sold through our wholesale program are 100% authentic, factory-sealed, and sourced from authorized distributors. We maintain the same strict authenticity standards for our wholesale partners as we do for our retail customers. Counterfeit, tampered, or resealed products are never knowingly sold through Inkwell Vault.
By purchasing through our wholesale program, you agree to represent our products honestly and accurately to your customers, and to uphold the authenticity standards that Inkwell Vault is built upon.
9. Resale and Marketing Guidelines
Approved wholesale partners are permitted to resell Inkwell Vault products through their own retail channels, subject to the following guidelines:
— Products must be represented accurately and honestly. You may not make false claims about the contents, value, or authenticity of any product.
— You may not use the Inkwell Vault name, logo, or branding in your marketing materials without our prior written consent.
— You may not resell products at prices that misrepresent their value or that violate any applicable consumer protection laws.
— Products purchased through our wholesale program must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
Inkwell Vault reserves the right to terminate a wholesale partnership if these guidelines are not followed.
10. Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing, terms, and any proprietary information shared as part of the wholesale relationship are confidential. Wholesale partners agree not to disclose this information to any third party without the prior written consent of Inkwell Vault.
11. Termination of Wholesale Account
Inkwell Vault reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
— Violation of this Wholesale Policy or our Terms of Service
— Failure to make timely payment
— Misrepresentation of products to end customers
— Fraudulent or suspicious activity
— Inactivity for an extended period
Upon termination, any outstanding orders will be fulfilled or refunded at our discretion. Access to wholesale pricing will be revoked immediately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Wholesale Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to existing wholesale partners via email and will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued participation in our wholesale program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
